Quattro-Flex

The pneumatic, quadrilateral tensioning system Quattro-Flex II-3 fixates the stencil with the help of air pressure. Pressure regulators guarantee a continuous and precise control over the stencil tensioning on all four sides. One of the system’s advantage is the use of license cost free stencils.

The latest tensioning system Quattro-Flex 3 guarantees the same continuous and precise control over the stencil tensioning via pressure regulators as the Quattro-Flex II-3. A loader base now facilitates loading and prevents damage while tensioning the stencil. The loader base substitutes hold-down clamps and therefore clamping lever / knurled nut. Compared to the previous model the frame weighs 1 kg less and offers a larger print area of 5 mm on each side in the smaller standard version. Existing stencils can remain in use.
